If a product offered by RoastRealm itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

2. Returns and Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your coffee machine, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition.
3. Warranty All coffee machines sold by RoastRealm come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies depending on the product. Please refer to the product page for specific warranty information. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
